Facilities Our homestay will provide high-speed WiFi, swimming pool, sauna, BBQ area, smoking area, conference room, dining area, gym room, snooker, darts, vending machines, washing machines and dryers. Gentle reminder: All damages and breakages caused by the guest must be paid for by the guest directly. Also, kindly read through our Terms & Conditions before using our facilities. Next Outsiders are not allowed to use our facilities during this pandemic except gym room (must be fully vaccinated and have low risk symptoms) Dining Area Our dining area provides 3-4 tables, each table has 4 seats. In this pandemic, our dining area will not be opened for guests, the meals will be sent to the guest's room via delivery robot. Gym Room Our gym room named "Beauty and the Beast" includes a variety of gym equipment, such as treadmill, aero bike, dumbbell set, training bench and etc. In this pandemic, only allowed to accommodate 5-6 people. Conference Room Our conference room can occupy 10-12 people, users must make an appointment with us before entering. In this pandemic, it only allowed 5-6 people to enter, users must keep social distancing inside. Keenon Delivery Robot The delivery robot we use is from Keenon Company. Our homestay will use this delivery robot to send the meals to guest. It is safe and hygienic and can bear up to 50 kg load. Kids Club Our Kids Club named "Bumblebee" only allowed children who are below 12 years old to enter. In this pandemic, we are only allowed to accommodate 5-6 people. Parents must make an appointment with us first before entering. Vending Machines Our homestay provides vending machines for guests when they have a need. The vending machine provided is a snacks & drinks machine and a hot meal machine. Swimming Pool A swimming pool named "Water Water Come Come" is provided for guests to enjoy playing. The size of the pool is 6m x 3m x 1.2m, it is suitable for children who is 120cm and above. Smoking Booth Our homestay will provide a smoking booth for smokers. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the area of homestay except smoking booth. Dartboard set A dartboard and darts are provided for guests. It is just beside the snooker table. Sauna Room A sauna room named "Sambal" (type of Malaysian Chili) is provided for guests to warm their bodies after enjoying their leisure time in the swimming pool. It is placed just beside the swimming pool. Snooker A snooker table is provided for guests to have fun. It is just placed near the gym room. BBQ Equipment BBQ Equipment is only provided for guests who live in our special room - Gravity of Universal. QR Code Door Access Guests can get the QR code of their room once they check-in. It is safer and contactless. Wi-Fi A 300 Mbps Unifi is provided for guests. The Wi-Fi password and username will be provided for guests once they check in. 2-in-1 Washing Machine & Dryer A 2-in-1 Washing machine and dryer are provided for guests to use. It is a product from Panasonic.

ACCOMMODATIONS In our homestay, you can have an experience with different styles of room. Our room will be cleaned every day unless the guests put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign.
